Role Overview: As a Project Manager at Create Energy, you’ll be the driving force behind complex renewable energy initiatives—from concept to commissioning. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure every project delivers on our promise of innovation, quality, and impact.
Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end execution of solar, wind, and EV infrastructure projects
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
Manage vendor relationships, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
Communicate project status to leadership and clients with clarity and confidence
Champion continuous improvement and lean execution across all phases
Qualifications:7+ years of project management experience in energy, construction, or manufacturing
Proven success managing multi-million dollar projects with tight deadlines
Strong understanding of renewable energy systems and EPC workflows, and the renewable energy industry
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Jira, Salesforce or equivalent)
PMP or similar certification preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
